    Return and Refund Policy.

    • Invoice of purchase and payment must be shown.
    • Returns are accepted for products whose expiration dates are prior to purchases.
    • They are sealed and with the safety caps unopened.
    • If you want to exchange for another product of equal or higher value, during the next 8 days after the purchase, they are unopened or unpacked from the package.
    • By default of the product or packaging, unopened.
    • Products with discounts are not returned, except the expiration date is expired before or in the purchase of the product.
    • We are not responsible for poor handling, the carrier or who picks up the order and purchase that ends up damaging, breaking and/or damaging the packaging and the products in general.

    • Productos con descuentos no se hacen devoluciones, excepto la fecha de vencimiento esté caducada antes o en la compra del producto.
    • No nos responsabilizamos por mala manipulación, del transportador o quién recoge el pedido y compra que termina por perjudicar, rompe y/o dañar el empaque y los productos en general.

    • The shipping cost is added to the total value of the invoice to the final, local, regional, national and international destination.

    • For quantities greater than 600 bales, shipping is discounted from the total value of the invoice.
